What is Human Design?

The Human Design System, known as the 'Science of Differentiaton', is a system that can be a valuable tool for self-empowerment, self-realization and tapping into that part of yourself that knows what is right for you..

Each one of us is unique and has a unique way of making decisions and navigating the world. Each of us has a unique role to play with our own gifts and talents that are different from those of anyone else. Using the Human Design System, we gain insights into what our true gifts are and how we best operate in the world so that we can really shine our light.

Learning about your design and experimenting with it is like working with a user's manual of yourself and your inner guidance system. Human Design is not meant to tell you how to live your life - it is about experimenting with your design with the goal of improving your life experience.

Experimenting with living your design can be profoundly transformative as it helps you to get back in tune with your own unique inner guidance system of making decisions as yourself.

I was introduced to Human Design in 2017 through one of my PSYCH-K® instructors while I was learning how to transform disempowering subconscious beliefs into empowering ones. I waited several months to look into Human Design further – waiting for some sort of clarity as to whether I should proceed down that path. When I finally got a basic reading done in late 2017, I thought – “this explains my whole life!” Since then, I have been studying and experimenting with Human Design. It has helped me to understand my conditioning and the disempowering beliefs I created for myself in childhood. Through experimenting with Human Design, I have been able to tune into my innate knowing more easily - helping me to live more as my authentic self.

According to Human Design, I am a 5/1 Manifesting Generator with Emotional Authority - which means that I work best and find satisfaction when I respond to life with emotional clarity. As a Manifesting Generator, I have a lot of energy and work quickly once I have responded. I like to investigate things to build a strong foundation of knowledge so that I am secure in what I am doing. I also like to help others by challenging the norms with practical solutions.

I am driven by spirit and grounded in my family and community bonds to shine my light by working hard - often guiding others out of crisis and bringing progress and change with out-of-the-box practical solutions.
